Yunasko is offering several families of supercapacitor products. According to the specifications and demands of your electrical system, we can offer Power, Energy or Hybrid cells, depending on whether your system needs more energy stored or high power pulse support, what are the requirements as to cycle life, efficiency, operating temperature range, etc. The modules of 16V and 48V can also be offered for testing. Some typical examples are listed in the Table below.

YUNASKO Supercapacitor and hybrid cells are manufactured in special prismatic encasement made from multi-layered laminated aluminum foil. The prismatic design of the single cell enables us to optimize the mass and volume of modules, wherein single cells are stacked together. The ultracapacitor module is the end product that goes into the electrical system. Depending on the number of cells connected in series, the module can handle the voltage range from 2.7 V (single cell) up to 750 V – in large assemblies. The modules are equipped with a proprietary voltage balancing system.

YUNASKO 200F / 16V modules: a module comprises 6 carbon-­carbon UC cells of 1200F each connected in series, enclosed in aluminium case; maximum working voltage is 16.2V; maximum withstanding voltage is 17.4V; dc pulse resistance is 0.5 mOhm; dc steady resistance is 1 mOhm; mass is 2.5 kg. Module is equipped with a voltage balancing system and temperature sensor.

* Please note that at this moment we are only able to supply a small amount of cells or modules due to limited production capacity by the Pilot Plant. Expansion of the production capabilities and large-scale distribution of the product is planned in 2015-2016.

- The E.O. Paton Electric Welding Institute (PEWI), Ukraine
